Intrauterine insemination (IUI)<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Intrauterine insemination (IUI) involves placing duly medically prepared motile sperm<\/strong> into the uterine cavity. It applies in cases where certain pathologies may prevent the delivery of positive results, such as cervical factor<\/strong>, mild male factor, severe vaginismus, and ejaculatory dysfunction<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

UIU may also be considered in unexplained infertility. It constitutes a treatment option both for women who wish to become single mothers and couples with azoospermia<\/a><\/strong>. The process of IUI lasts about 5 minutes. IUI may be applied either on a natural cycle or a stimulated cycle<\/strong> (ovulation induction). Such decisions will be taken by your physician based on your case.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
