Obstetrician-Gynaecologist specializing in Reproductive Medicine – Assisted Reproduction
She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. She received her specialty training in Obstetrics-Gynaecology in Teaching Hospitals and NHS Hospitals based in London, United Kingdom.
She was awarded her Obstetrics and Gynaecology Specialty Degree in the United Kingdom (General Medical Council Specialist register) and in Greece in 1996.
Upon her specialty training completion, she received subspecialty training, from 1996 to 2000, in Assisted Reproduction and Reproductive Endocrinology at the Department of Reproductive Medicine of the Hammersmith Teaching Hospital, in Imperial College London, where she worked as a Clinical Research Fellow in Reproductive Medicine in one of the largest IVF Centres in the United Kingdom.
At the same time, she was fully engaged in human reproduction research, in cooperation with the IVF Centre at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm andthe Department of Chemistry of the University of Surrey, UK.
In 2000, she left her position as Clinical Research Fellow in Reproductive Medicine at the Imperial College Londonto return to Thessaloniki, Greece. Upon her return to Greece, she established the “Assisted Reproduction Centre – Euromedica Tatiana” in Thessaloniki, where she served as Scientific Director until 2004. Next, she began working at the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinic “Genesis” in Thessaloniki.
She exclusively engages in her subspecialty in the field of Reproductive Medicine.
She has published numerous papers in international journals and made presentations in many conferences.
She holds the Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG), London, 1991, the Diploma in Family Planning from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DFFP), London, 1993, and she is certified by the Joint Committee on Contraception (JCC) in Family Planning, London, 1991.
She is the mother of one child and has British citizenship.
